Candidate data

How candidate data is handled.

  • Files don't linger

    Uploaded files and their text are deleted after assessment, within 24 hours at most.

  • Results expire

    Results, shortlists and notes are deleted automatically after 90 days. You can delete them sooner.

  • Encrypted

    Names, results and notes are encrypted in storage.
