Is CraftMyResume free to use?

Yes — you get 20 free AI credits when you sign up, with no credit card. Credits are used for AI features like bullet rewrites, cover letters, Career Compass chats, and ATS scoring. Credit packs start at ₹49 for 100 credits.

What is Career Compass?

Career Compass is the built-in AI coach. It reads your resume and any saved JDs, then answers questions like 'what should I change for this role?' with streaming, context-aware advice. You can spend credits on inline rewrites directly from the chat.

Is CraftMyResume ATS-friendly?

Templates use a parser-friendly structure, and the single-column layouts are the safest choice for ATS. The built-in ATS Match + JD analyzer compares your resume to any job description, gives a 0–100 score, and highlights missing keywords.

Does CraftMyResume have a mobile app?

Yes. CraftMyResume installs on Android and iPhone from your browser, with no app store needed. It shares your account, resumes, credits and Compass conversations with the web, and you can edit your resumes offline. See /features/mobile for the steps.

Is there a browser extension?

Yes — the Chrome extension captures jobs from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and other boards in one click, auto-tailors a cover letter, and drops the role into your tracker. Pair it at /link from your account.

Can I track my job applications?

Yes — the built-in tracker moves applications through Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, and Rejected stages in both Kanban and list views. Each application links to the specific resume version you sent and the JD you applied to.
